Behind The Words

Behind The Words

Everything I write about has its roots in deeply lived personal experience. Much of what I share has emerged through years of profound suffering, healing, contemplation, and the gradual unfolding of understanding.

I tend to write in the third person, not because I am removed from what I am describing, but because my intention has always been to offer what life has taught me in a way that others might recognise something of themselves within it.

Behind every reflection, every teaching, and every exploration of love, grief, suffering, and presence is a life in which these things have been experienced, often at considerable depth and personal cost.

I write not simply about what I have come to understand, but about what I have lived. And in offering it, my hope has never been to draw attention to my own story, but to make something of that experience available to others.
