Who Can I Trust

Who can you trust? Perhaps the stillness. The breath that returns. The quiet voice within that has never ceased speaking truth. The work is not merely to find who you can trust, but to become someone you trust within yourself.

Who can you trust? Who can you trust? You ask the question. Maybe not aloud, but in the quiet between the heartbeat and the breath, who can I trust? The world may answer with masks and mirrors, promises wrapped in agendas, noise pretending to be signal.

And yet the question persists. You can trust the stillness, the deep silence that doesn't demand but simply is. You can trust the breath. not because it's loud or grand, but because it's yours and it returns again and again.

You can trust the presence that watches your thoughts rise and fall like wind on water. You can trust the essence in others when their masks fall away, when they laugh, without defense, weep without shame, or sit in silence with you.

And maybe most of all, you can learn to trust your own knowing. Not the anxious mind or the trauma echoes, but the steady voice beneath it all. The still, quiet voice within. The one that's never been unkind to you, the one that whispers, yes, this is true. No, this is not for you. Wait. Go.

The work isn't to find who you can trust. It's to become someone you trust within yourself. And from that soil, Everything else grows.

May the work offered here serve peace, serve healing, serve remembrance, and serve the quiet dignity of being alive. May this sanctuary belong not to one person alone, but to the field of life itself.

And may all who encounter it feel, even for a moment, that nothing is missing and they are not alone.
