Presence is rarely found in extraordinary moments. More often, it reveals itself in the steam rising from a cup of tea, the glow of a lantern, the quiet turning of a page, or the stillness between two breaths. Presence is HERE.
Presence is not something you bring to life.
Presence is what life is already doing.
Love is not something added to the moment.
Love is what shines when the moment is allowed to be exactly as it is.
One movement.
One dance.
One Presence.
Forever discovering itself.
