My motivation and inspiration for sending out my posts.

I have been profoundly fortunate to survive extreme and complex forms of PTSD—intense seasons of suffering that shaped much of my life until that moment in June of 1986, the day I quit all alcohol and drug use.

More importantly, I’ve been equally blessed to discover and walk a path of deep healing and spiritual practice, since that day in June 1986. One that has allowed me to grow along spiritual lines and become, in a sense, an emissary from the other side of silence.

There is nothing I can imagine doing with the rest of my life that feels more true than sharing this long journey of awakening with all who cross my path.

Each post I send is more than words on a page. It is a thread cast outward, a way of touching the shared field—a quiet reaching into the collective heart.

Through these transmissions, I meet the unseen many. I listen, speak, and offer what moves through me as a gesture of remembrance: we are not separate.

Some may read, some may feel, some may simply sense the ripple. But each sending is a practice of belonging— a way of keeping open the bridge between silence and the world, between the inner sanctuary and the shared horizon.
