Each Breath Arrives Only Once
Life is so very precious. Not because it is easy, but because it is fragile and sacred. Each breath arrives only once

Life is so very precious. Not because it is easy, but because it is fragile and sacred. Each breath arrives only once. Each heartbeat is a gift that can never be repeated. And yet, there are those who wound, who destroy, who take what was never theirs to take.
To those who hurt others — whether through cruelty, indifference, or the misuse of power — may you remember the holiness of every life you touch.
May you pause before harm. May you feel the weight of what cannot be undone. May compassion rise where anger has ruled.
For every person before you carries a world within them: memories, loves, hopes, and unseen struggles.
Life is not expendable. It is not a tool. It is not a means to an end.
Life is sacred.
May our hearts awaken to this truth —and may all actions be guided by reverence, mercy, and love.
