FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF SILENCE — REMEMBERING LOVE

Love was never something we fell into — it was something we remembered. Beneath the noise of desire and loss lies a silence that has never ceased loving. What we call falling in love is the heart’s brief awakening to what has always been — the eternal field of Love remembering itself through us.

FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF SILENCE — REMEMBERING LOVE

We never truly fall in love. What we call falling in love is, in truth, a moment of remembrance — a return to the silence within where all love eternally abides. Love does not arrive; it is revealed. It has never left us, for it is the creative force of the universe — the living foundation of existence itself. Where in heaven or on earth could Love possibly go?

The experience of “falling in love” arises when the heart’s defenses soften, when the barriers built through life’s trials momentarily dissolve, and the remembrance of our true nature returns. What we feel as passion or awakening is not new; it is the unveiling of what has always been.

When we believe we have fallen out of love, what has truly occurred is not a loss of love, but a reassertion of forgetting — the return of fear, separation, and self-protection. Yet Love remains untouched beneath it all, steady as the silence that holds the stars.

Sit quietly and remember someone or something you have loved deeply. Feel the warmth of that connection without reaching outward. Let it turn inward. Notice that what you feel arises from within you. Rest there. Allow the sensation of love to expand until it fills the space between you and the world. In that softening, see how love was never an object but the field in which all things are held.

Each time you remember, the illusion of distance fades. Each time you forget, the silence patiently waits.

To live from this remembrance is to see that there is no falling and no rising, only Love — constant, unchanging, beyond beginning and end. The path is simply one of remembering, again and again, until even forgetting dissolves into the great silence from which all Love flows.
