A meditation for those moving through grief—not to escape sorrow, but to enter it gently enough to discover the stillness, presence, and deeper ground that loss cannot take away.
Field Notes
At the Aurora House, healing was not about fixing what was broken, but creating the safety in which what had always been whole could emerge. It was a living laboratory of body, breath, grief, spirit, and the mysterious intelligence that leads us home.

We often speak of the dark night of the soul as if it comes once, passes through us, and then gives way to light. But for those on the deeper path, it is not a singular event. It is a rhythm. A return.
Contemplations

Field Notes

Healing

Poems, Quotes and Parables
